3.2. The payment by the Buyer of the goods delivered according to the terms of the Present Contract is effected by banking transfer in US Dollars to the Supplier account in the following order:
- 20 % - the prepayment from the moment of the approval of the specification by the Parties
- 80 % - final settlement within 5 (five) bank days from the moment of shipment of the goods under condition of representation by the Supplier of the documents specified in item 2.1.4. of the present contract.
3.2支付方式:货物按合同规定发送,买方通过银行以美金以如下支付给卖方:
在____方确定规格后买方预付20%
在发货后,出示2.1.4中规定的文件五个银行工作日内,支付其余的80% 2.1.4. During 35 days from the moment of receipt of the sum of an advance payment on his settlement account:
А) To ship to address of the Consignee the goods according to conditions of delivery FOB Ningbo, according to edition INCOTERMS 2000, with the appendix documentation:
1) The full set of the Bills of lading - 1 original;
2) Original and 2 copies of packing list;
3) Original of Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce of China;
4) Original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quality;
5) Original and 3 copies of Specification.
2.1.4在收到预付款35天后:
A)按FOB宁波,INCOTERMS 2000,发货给收货人并随附以下文件:
1)全套提单,一份正本的; 2)装箱单两份正本,两份副本;.
3)商会出具的原产地证; 4)品质证明,一份正本,三份副本;
5)规格书,一份正本,三份副本 B) And send the full set of the following documents in the Buyer’s address (Appendix №3) by express mail:
1) 1 original and 2 copies of invoice;
2) The full set of the Bills of lading - 1 original;
3) 1 original of packing list;
4) 1 original of Certificate of Origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce of China;
5) 1 original and 3 copies of Certificate of Quality.
B)并且快递以下文件给买方:
1)***,一份正本,两份副本; 2)全套提单,一份正本
3)装箱单:一份正本 4)商会出具的原产地证明,一份正本
5)品质证明:一份正本,三份副本.
