1/ 3pcs original invoices
2/ 3pcs original  packing lists
3/ Certificate of Origin (original set) - please note there are must be mentioned invoice & contract number obligatory.
4/ COPY of the export declaration ( please be so kind to prepare this  documents in accordance with invoice data : CPT MINSK  terms, prices
 must be  same as in CPT invoice we need   from you - 100% same  as
 per specification signed). Yours local Customs seal on Export  declaration is obligatory, please.
5/ COPY of B/L ( despite  you will issue TELEX release after 100% T/T
receipt)- very important. Please send us copy immediately  when it will be available by attached file or by fax +375 1275 8813.
6/ original  contract &/or specification with company seal/signature ( in case it is not the first  order, we will ask for specification
only)

BEFORE sending 1-3,6 items by EXPRESS mail, please  be so kind to send mentioned  documents scanned  by e-mail  for our final reference & confirmation.

Pleased  to remind  you we DO not need Orginal set B/L, please issue TELEX RELEASE  after getting 100% T/T to your account.
