关于运单号456项下的100件货/100公斤化工品（品名：xxx）到某地的货物。我们（货代）已将贵公司（货主）的索赔申请表递到美国总部，但总部给回信：依据IATA的相关法律规定，该货物的延误不应该得到赔偿。但是北京S办事处（运输公司）考虑到该货物的实际情况，决定给予贵司RMB1/KG的运费减免。希望贵公司本着互相谅解的态度圆满地解决问题
