| invoice(factary) means this commercial invoice is made by your factory...and the P/I is proforma invoice is also made by yourself..but why do your customer need them together...usually,customer only need P/I firstly,then we will send them the commecial invoice , packing list and B/L to them by DHL ...
I am sorry if there is some confusion in above sentence...
because I am not specialled in this line for a short time...

However there is a mistake: it's "invoice(facture)", not " invoice(factary)".
Yeah, i have the same question with you, i've asked many friends, they all don't know the exact meaning, so i've to ask my customer to check it again.
i think maybe the customer have made a mistake,haha.

| I've sent an e-mail to my customer, however, i don't know why, he haven't repliws me by now.
I sent it yesterday afternoon, according their local time, it's not the weekend, he should have replied me!
Now, i have no other ways but to wait for his reply! In addition, i also am a newer, i still need help from everyone.
