| It is further agreed that in consideration of IHI Co., Ltd agreeing to pay the sum of ten cents immediately on demand made by the undersigned, that the Tender will not be withdrawn unless at least twenty one (21) days notice in writing of intention to do so has previously been given to the Principal and that in any event the notice will not be given before: ............. /........... /
考虑到IHI Co., Ltd 同意一经签字人要求，就立即支付总价的10%（投标保函），在此进一步同意至少应提前二十一（21）天给委托人发出书面通知，说明其意欲撤回，否则投标方不得撤回该款项（投标保函），但在任何情况下，该书面通知不得在 ............. /........... /之前发出。
