as we discussed over the TradeManager (alibaba) I am writing to explain in more detail what I need to have delivered to the UK. 
I intend to be a seller of optical fibre in the UK for use as light guides, some of this will be accessorised (lights, models and connectors/splitters). In most cases I only need the cables and I will do rubber coating and other accessorisation in loco (London).
I would, sometimes, require cables made of a bundle of many fibers.
 So, I need to have optical fibre cables (plastic/silicon) with various radiuses, sometimes as large as you can muster at the right price, with good transmission and good life.
Minimum requirements are:
Resistant to temperatures of up to 60Celsius+ without noticeable deformation. 
Fire resistance? please inform.
Attenuation of no more then 1dB/meters (20%/meters), hopefully less, I can measure/test this once I get samples.
Radiuses around 1mm.
