Articles2 : Shipping mark 
Shall be REFUGEES COMMISSIONS and consignee shipping address shall be inserted.

Articles 3 :  Inspection of goods, 
The goods shall be inspected by SGS inspection agent at the loading  port at buyer¡¯s expense, 

Articles 4 : Government law. 
 This contract shall be construed to international laws.

Articles 5 :  Arbitration.  .
All controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or breach thereof, and which is not settled between the signatories themselves, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws set forth by the International Chamber of Commerce Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration (Latest Amendment) .

Articles 5a : Arbitration :
 The circumvented party and beneficiary of this agreement/contract shall nominate and have choice of location where arbitration shall take place. The judgement upon award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, plus any and all court costs, attorney fees  and other costs or charges reasonably necessary to adjudicate the controversy
