原产地证明，普惠制FORM A注名：买方，货物描述。由第三方出示的原产地证明方可接受。
+fax copy showing vessel name shipment date, bulks number total gross/net weight and the value of merchandise.
传真附件需显示 船名，装船日期，体积，毛重，净重，及货物总价。
+packing and weight list
装箱单和重量单
+full set clean on board ocean bill of lading, marked freight prepaid, consigned to the order and notified to the *域名隐藏* set clean on board combined transport, other rutes and transport are allowed.
全套清洁海运提单，标记运费已付，按申请人的指示和通知交付。
全套清洁联运提单，允许走其他路线。

六套手签+盖章的***

官方出具的GSP产地证（FOM A），显示客人名称，货物描述。
+fax copy showing vessel name shipment date, bulks number total gross/net weight and the value of merchandise.
传真件显示船名航次，出运日期，大货代号（应该是你们客人下单时都会有个款号单号或者出运时是***货代，你们的货在***货代的系统里有个代号才能走货的那个），总毛重和总净重，货的总值。
这个应该是客人要求你们在出货后及时传真一个类似SHIPPING ADVISE的东西，以便他可以***早知道出货信息，以安排议付，提货，仓库，货架等。他所指的FAX COPY可能就是指议付时把你发的这个传真的COPY件也算一个议付内容一起交银行。

全套清洁提单：显示运费已付，CONSIGNEE栏显示“TO THE ORDER"，NOTIFIY PARTY栏显示开证人。***后一句很难理解，前半句应该是要求应该是联合运输，就是说海+空，陆+海。。。但是***后应该又表示运输方式也可允许。 ***是你们运输前按货期松紧，运输价格（因为是运费预付，你们出运费），及客人要求（如果客人有要求，***要求客人以传真或EMAIL形式给你们一个CONFIRM） 没有什么软条款，基本OK。
可能有的太多虑了，大概是养成的谨慎惯使然，楼主不必听我的，只是希望抛砖引玉。
