I believed that you must have had an idea what a Contract  *域名隐藏*  enter into a Contract with someone means that,there are certains procedures which the person or the company which gives you the contract  will request you to follow and do before the contract will  *域名隐藏* ,I will like to take time to tell you what the contract will cost you so that you have to confirm your willingness and readiness to execute it before we get into it.I don't want after you have confirm your interest to execute the contract and as they request you to do one thing or the other,you will say you were not told  and for that,you won't do it.

*域名隐藏* ,in the course of this contract,as this is your first time to execute a contract from this organisation(FOUNDATION OF TRADE ORGANISATION SARL)FTO,you will register your company with them with certain amount of money.

*域名隐藏*  the registration,you will then sign the contract with them.

*域名隐藏*  these two proceedures,they will send to you NON- CIRCUMVENTION AND NON- DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT for you to sign and return to them.

*域名隐藏*  will equally,send their required items and quantity for you issue your Proforma Invoice for your payment.

*域名隐藏*  the documents,will be legalised in the court by a lawyer for the protection of the two parties.

*域名隐藏* ing to them,FTO the contract duration is 3  *域名隐藏*  will tell you the contract amount as you contact  *域名隐藏* ,I want you to confirm to me first that you are willing to execute this contract before I will link you up because I don't want you to disgrace me before them.

If you aren't interested,there are many suupliers looking for this opportunity so that I will immdiately contact one of them and link them up with FTO.

我想你应该知道什么叫做合同。如果你与某人签了合同，那么当中必定有一些当事人（自然人或是单位）要求你在合同到期之前必须履行的职责和义务。因此，我想在我们签合同之前跟你说明白以确定你是自愿的，有准备的去执行这个合同。我不希望在我们签了合同之后，当他们要求你履行什么事时，你以你没有被告知过需要履行该项职责而拒绝履行。

在这个合同条款中，由于你是***次执行该组织的合同，首先你必须以适当的资金注册你的公司。
在注册完后，你再与他们签订合同。
在这两步之后，他们将给你------------让你签字，同时回传！
相等地，他们将给你他们所需要的规格，数量，以便你开形式***。
所以资料将保存在一个法院的律师手中，一保护双方的利益。

同时，FTO的合同有效期是3年。他们将告诉你合同金额如你与他们商定的。但是，我希望你能在我联系你之前先告诉我你愿意履行这个合同，因为我不想你在他们面前让我难看。
如果你不感兴趣，还有很多寻找这种机会的供应商，我可以马上联系他们中的任何一家，让他们与FTO取得联系。
