| in case we hold discrepant documents at the disposal of the remitter,we will deliver the documents to the applicant after receipt of their waiver of the discrepancies and after our acceptance of their *域名隐藏* documents will be delivered to the applicant without further notice to the remitter,unless otherwise instructed by the remitter.

| 开证银行的免责条款，大概内容如下：
我们（开证行）如果保留有不符点的单据听候收款人处理时，如果收到开证申请人放弃不符点声明并被我行接受后，除非收款人另有指示，我行将把单据交付开证申请人，并不再另行通知收款人。
------很多信用证都有类似条款，措辞大同小异，主要是给议付银行的！ 以下是引用senpeng在2005-11-17 17:36:14的发言：

| 提交带不符点的单据我行收取相应的费用-----就是不符点扣费！
