| 1. marine bill of lading full set plus 3 non-negotiable copies clean on board made out to the order of bank LEUMI LE ISRAEL BM pricipal *域名隐藏* -AVIV notify applicant and RAMOTIM LTD 16 HANEGEV *域名隐藏* 'ANANA 43467 ISRAEL marked freight prepaid specifying that in view of the danger of confiscation warranted vessel not to call at ports and not to enter the territorial waters of any ARAB countries belligerent to the state of ISRAEL and/or actively supporting the ARAB boycott,prior to unloading at port of destination unless in distress or subject to force majeure.
2. bill of lading sihned by an agent on behalf of the relevant carrier will be acceptable only if issued on the official form of the named carrier.
3. additions,corrections,erasures,amendments must be duly stamped and initialled by the party/authority issuing the document in question.
4. a charge of USD60,-(or its countervalue) plus related telex costs will be applicable in case discrepant docs presented.
5. B/L to state the legal entity NO. of the importer and supplier and unequivocal description of goods including their four digit classification code.
6. ord in black letters

| 仅供参考：
1、海运清洁提单正本加不可议付的副本3份
开证人为LEUMILE ISRAEL BM银行，BRTEL-AVIV为通知人，RAMOTIM LTD 16 HANEGEV ST RA‘ANANA 43467 ISRAEL （应该是地址）
运费预付 以防止货物被没收的风险，船只不准停靠和不允许进入敌对以色列的任何阿拉伯或者支持阿拉伯联合抵制活动***的水域，除非有事故或不可抗力发生，不允许在先于目的地的港口卸货。
2、只有当签发***承运人的官方格式时，才可接受代表相关承运人的代理所签发的提单
3、需要附加、更正、除去、修改时必须在原信用证上盖章
4、如递呈有不符点的单证时，USD60（或其相应价值）及额外的电传费可适用
5、提单显示收发货人的合法真实的号码、货物明细及其四个电子证明号

| 谢谢楼上的朋友，还有点儿不明白的是：第二条中所说的官方格式具体是什么啊，还有第四条中说到的合法真实的号码是什么号码，四个电子证明号指的又是什么号码啊？请指教。多谢啦！！！
