What kind of person am I looking for?

I need a sharp work-from-home executive assistant who has experience, say, assisting a CEO of a small corporation. This is not a standard "administrative assistant" position. This person , most likely a woman, must be a very sharp, experienced executive assistant. She will work very closely with me on a full-time basis from, I estimate roughly 6pm to 2am Tuesday-Saturday (Chinese time) on the phone and via e-mail. I am extremely demanding: beyond most people's wildest dreams. So be prepared! However whoever gets this job could grow with the company... a lot!
Requirements
===========
At least 8 years of work experience.
At least 3 years as an executive assistant working directly for a VP, President, or CEO (not an administrative assistant, but a "real" executive assistant)
A Windows computer that is no more than 3-4 years old (preferably with Windows XP). Must have at least 256 megs of RAM.
Must either have reliable high speed Internet access (cable or DSL) or at least live in a building that can be hooked up to cable or DSL. Candidates who aren't sure should call their local cable or phone company or prior to intervi***g to confirm this.
How much will this job pay?

It's negotiable but I generally pay well.
I will pay all standard Chinese holidays and give standard bonuses as well. Employees will earn personal days will be earned at a rate of 1.5 per month. I will reluctantly "buy back" these personal days from employees at whatever their average daily pay rate during the prior 12 month period. However, I prefer employees take time off when they are sick and/or to rest and relax. Employees must give me information for their Chinese bank account . Pay periods will be from the 1st thru the 15th and 16th thru 30th. I will transfer money to an employee's Indian bank account twice a month on the 22nd and the 7th.
