| １．You will receive your money on 30 days after the date of B/L
２．Payment will be effected 360 days after the date of B/L and beneficiary is authorised to discount the bill with us after 30 days from B/L date .
请问这两句话是不是有点自相矛盾．
***句说我方可以在提单开出后３０天可拿到钱．但为什么第二句又说在３０天后有权贴现？

I am arranging for opening the LC in your favour for the PI no. HE05-0002.
I know that the payment terms is 30 days after the date of B/L and you want to get your money after 30 days from the date of b/l, but there another way for getting your money in this date, but the LC will be opened as 360 days from the date of B/L, so I am hereby explaining it for you:
Ofcourse as I informed you, you will receive your money on 30 days after the date of B/L , for remaining 330 days we will pay the interest rate by *域名隐藏* passing 30 days from the B/L date you will send one message from your bank as the beneficiary to our bank in Dubai for receving your money and then you will receive your money wothout any deduction. Now there are two way for us for paying the interest rate:
1) One is calculating the interest rate according to the libour and it is between bank and us,only you will confirm for opening LC as 360 days after the date of B/L.
2) The other way is that you add the interst rate to the amount of the PI and then we will pay this money to you for interest rate by LC and you will discount it after 30 days from the date of B/L and you will receive your money.
For your information , we have one clause in the LC for the 1st way that is
" Payment will be effected 360 days after the date of B/L and beneficiary is authorised to discount the bill with us after 30 days from B/L date and such discounting charges are on applicant's account."
