Unfortunately, due to extraordinary and unexpected for us
changes in customs legislation in our country for loads, which
forthcoming via all courier services (when freight collect basis) now
cost of transportation adds to cost of load and real cost of load
fixed now only by customs, (not by parcels proforma invoice).
Therefore, it requires from our company not only to give a very
big quantity of allowing documents to our customs, but to pay a big
import duty.
Therefore, we refused from a parcel.

P.S. But if you’ll pay for delivery and informs us in this, it
would be very easy to clear your parcel from customs and we’ll
return you money for delivery.
