Once We Agreed on Prices we needed LOI / BCL. We work on non-operative L/C *域名隐藏* for 2%.Upon satisfactory completions of the formalities the PG becomes operative and initiates the L/C.
请全部翻译.在请教下什么是LOI / BCL

一但我们就价格达成一致，我们需要赔偿保***或者银行保函，我们使用non-operative（不会译）信用证，履约***金2%。这些过程满意的完成后，PG就可以操作了，并开始开信用证。
