I paid to have many sample packages sent to EVA, PE & leather factories just over the past month. If a buyer wants a factory to copy a feature such as color, it is the buyer's responsibility to get the information to the factory. I did that. No other company has asked me to pay to mail their samples. If a factory wants to demonstrate their ability to meet a buyer's requirements, it is the factory's responsibility to get the information to the buyer; it is a normal way of doing business. It is a way that you advertise & sell yourself. I cannot convince the final buyer without your samples. We all must invest and take some risks to make this happen. Just as I pay my costs to get new business, you should pay your costs to get new business. Unless someone comes in last minute with a better price, you will win because you are a little lower than another and he has already sent samples at his expense. However, I have not shown the other price and samples yet. I have been waiting for you and one other. I am thinking that I may come to China myself instead of hiring an inspection company. I will treat to to a dinner and some delicious TsingTao beer. A related question on the favorite subject of paying money to your company. When I went to a Bank of China or Merchants bank of China, the ATM will only let me take out 2,500 RMB each day. I recall a similar problem in Thailand. However, in Thailand I was able to go inside the bank and talk to the manager. By signing a paper & using my ATM card secret number at the manager's desk, I could take out a large sum of money. I am thinking that if I go to your factory to inspect the product myself, that I could use the same procedure to get my money and pay your company in person. Otherwise a L/C is very expensive and so is sending the money by wire. Once the container is sealed and delivered FOB to your port, we could go to the bank & I would pay you in full. If it is not too much trouble, would you call your local Bank of China or Merchants Bank of China and ask them if I can use a similar procedure to withdraw the amount of your cost to me? Tell them the amount of money and ask the fee too. Best wishs, James

| 发帖时间 - 2005/2/3 10:25:55 | 这是你客人信吗? 1-告诉他,你们的样版是免费的,但按公司惯例是客人付快递寄,且要强调所有有合作意向的客人都接受了你们的条款。 2-中行或商业银行每天***多应该可以取5000RMB,而且每一个来中国的客人应该都会带美金吧? 3-货款一定得付订金,否则到时他不要货了怎么办?既然他会来中国看你们的厂,那就应该会相信你们工厂不是个骗局,那他完全可以在出货前付全额,如果他不同意,那就做LC,这样对双方都有***。 别轻易想信那些客人,虽然他是上帝,但也不是事事都要依他。我看那些鬼佬都被我们中国的一些厂家给宠坏了。 本帖子2005-02-03 10:26:53由chris_ko224进行编辑!!
