and please send me the information of the materials supplier, just like you promise me last time when we speaking through the mobile that you would ask mr. Tom send me before the end of duty of that day, and till now ,two weeks passed ,i'm still waiting for this information
for without this information, it's not allowed by the audit goverment to transfer any money to the exporter, please trust me well. and i know the usd rate is coming down day by day , as long as the reason above ,to send me the information is more urgent for saving your money as what possible we can do.
大家帮忙看下：
首先我是一个外贸公司，已经做了上述客户的中国采购材料几年了。之前合作很愉快，付款方式有的100%TT过来，有的LC。10年开始客人有要求预付30%，说见到提单后他方银行才允许想境外汇款剩余70%，我们也照做。而且LC我们也一直是在垫款的，再后来累计到上万美金也没汇款过来，我们在等。（和老外合作的前提是我们和他在工厂的价格上是透明的，我门只收取他小比例佣金）
现在他居然提出这个条件才汇款我们给他发的货物的尾款。所以我们有疑问：
1， 之前分笔的单子在汇款时候为什么没这种要求也可以汇款过来
2， 我们还真没听说过见到提单后银行才放款的。LC，D/P可以理解，但我们执行的是TT啊。
3， 我们也没听说过哪个***要***见到出口方（不确定是外贸公司还是工厂）的工厂信息才可以给出口公司汇款的。
请列位大虾指点一下，这种情况是客人想自己去联系工厂去做，还是有其他不为人知的原因，还是实际情况就是这样。（还有一点就是请明确，老外合作的国内的工厂都由我们陪同去过的，都是直接谈价格的，我们只负责出口，不介入价格的，就是怕他担心我们中间怎样）

请列位有经验的指点迷津。现在距离收到货物已经4个月了。
