| 发帖时间 - 2009/5/18 11:19:34 | 这个客户,我们差不多谈了有1个多月的时间,交谈的过程当中,我们彼此都感觉到很愉快,他说他看过我们的网站,也对我们的产品很感兴趣,说我们的产品很合他意,我们厂生产的产品都是中高档的,做工也可以说很精致,我就以为他是位很有诚意的客户。 之后他说看中我们的一款产品,要我给他寄个样,看看我们的质量做工如何?说到这个,我当然放心,因为跟我们合作的客户对于我们产品的质量做工都是肯定的。所以我就答应给他寄过去,但要收样板费用,我们收回样板时会把费用退回给他。他说:“哈哈,我们都谈了那么久,你还不相信我吗?要是我没有心要做的话何必要花费那么多口舌来跟你谈呢?这次的板费就免了吧?看完后我会给您退回去”我想也对,何况师傅打样的时候又多打了个,要是能合作成功的话岂不是件好事?我就跟他说可以,但一星期内要寄还给我们,他也很爽快的说:没问题,一周内包能收到您的样板。我回了个笑脸过去。 第二天上线,那客户也在,一早就发了个大笑的笑脸过来,我也回了信息:说样板应该在下午能收到。他说:好的,谢谢! 随后几天,我就觉得怪了,怎么那客户都没上线呢?是不是出差了?或者忙其他事去了?我心里有个疑问?打电话给他也没接,顿时心里一片黑暗。难道收了我们的样板之后就一走了之吗?开始我还不相信我们交谈的那么愉快的客户会这样,所以一上线的***个念头就是看我那位客户是否有在?看他不在就打电话给他?但还是失望了,他……彻底的失踪了,带着我的样板一起彻底的失踪了…… 我的客户,你为什么要这样?难道我的真诚换来的就是你彻底的失踪?太可怕了~~~

| 发帖时间 - 2009/5/21 17:21:55 | 样品费收取或者运费到付,对我们出口方来说,是***的测试客人是不是有准定单,如果客人有准定单,他就不会在乎这么点费用,他们的利润是翻倍的,咱就百分之几而已,反之就一直忽悠咱,想空手套白狼,呵呵......,吃一堑长一智,估计业务员都有过这样的经历,也曾这样憧憬过,很正常的,树立信心,继续联系新客人。

| 发帖时间 - 2009/5/22 7:37:52 | 曾经的一个客户,想连快递费都让我出(样品只是6-7元RMB,重量小于0.5KGS)但我不同意支付运费.(从下往上看) In China we usually use DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX for send shipping documents and samples to overseas. The most cheapest is send by EMS.(China post).But its very slow...more than 8 -10days,,,But also need 30.00USD So send via FedEx ...it need 3-4 *域名隐藏* 's why we usually choose crarriage company. *域名隐藏* overseas send back China is *域名隐藏* we sent out ovreseas is not cheap. Seems you are not so often to do business with Chinese maker ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I mean use Royal mail not a carriage company. Sorry but I do not know your language but the standard post that you use for letters etc. is the cheapest option for this sort of thing. I could send this to you from England for £4.95 by post! -------------------------------------------------------- Here our forwarder is FedEx. less than 0.50KGS . charge is 40.00USD. this is minimum charge if send goods to Europe.
