| 发帖时间 - 2008/12/24 13:37:31 | 各位前辈,我有问题要请教一下。我们是生产电气产品的,变压器、开关柜之类的,我在很多网上都发布了公司的信息。网上有一个人他说要做我们的产品代理,我们已经交涉了几个星期了,昨天他还来催我是怎么决定的。我想问一下,如果像这样国外的人来做代理,会存在哪能些风险?他会不会是一个骗子?以下是他给我发的其中一个邮件。 I thank you for your courtesy in replying promptly and aptly. I am sorry I couldn't reply earlier. I was facing some server problem with my computer for the last 36 hours or so. I just set it right and my first reply to you. I have many enquiries from your great country but, I have some very special opinion about you and your esteemed company and hence pursue in replying to every mail from you as promptly, as I can. Frankly speaking, I find your communication in English is quite good and understandable. If one could communicate properly like you, one can overcome major obstacles and can begin to concentrate in business. Very few companies or individuals have replied with such keen interest and friendship. I reciprocate by saying that their is no limit to friendship or boundary. I wish either I had been in your great country or you could have been living in India. Friendship beget good relationship among each other and in turn prosperity in business. I would like to know more about you as a true friend and would be business associate. Now, I shall give you my profile here, so that you'll understand me much better. I don't know whether I had informed you the forgoing details. I served in world renowned switchgear manufacturing companies like Hawker Siddeley Ltd,( Brush Switchgear & Fusegear Ltd, UK) and Driescher Switchgear of Germany, both having their manufacturing units in Chennai which is located in southern part of India. Chennai is a metropolitan city with good infrastructure like motor able roads, modern ports, well connected by both domestic & international airlines and rail. Labor is quite cheap here like in other parts of India. Coming back to myself, I served in the above companies for more than 20 years in both management & marketing and relinquished the post of Head- Products & Projects Marketing before venturing my own. This company though agents, I had a after thought that instead of handling multivarious brands which becomes difficult to keep a track, thought of shifting to a single manufacturer of repute having a wider spectrum of products. Hence, I decided to switch over my operation to one, what I am seeking from you and your company. Having given my profile in Alibaba(dot)com and other website, I started to receive many inquiries evincing interest in marketing their switchgear items in INDIA. That's how we came in contact. During my tenure with my previous companies, I have traveled far and wide and visited every prospect clients, leading consultants and prestigious projects which, I have mentioned in my earlier mails. If need be, you can refresh your memory by going thro' once again. I have also traveled few other countries as well. I am a self starter and single handed can run an office professionally. Our company for your info, are experienced, qualified and professional. Now if we want to progress like any other companies who have set themselves here including your country, is to go to the next level of discussion namely a small rented place with a few staff and infrastructure like a computer, a telephone,a fax etc. Once I get your concurrence and funds for these, rest I shall take care, to recruit a couple of sales engineers , a system operator, and a couple of other staff etc. Every thing will be done transparently and with your concurrence which I assure. Besides, we will have to ascertain any government formalities. I can take care of all these which I am so used to. But we should have patience and TRUST in each other, which I found in you. This very reason I am still corresponding with your good self. Now I repeat that I am at your service and do things for our mutual benefit.

| 发帖时间 - 2008/12/25 11:06:39 | 我觉得不可信。因为是印度人,可能有点偏见吧。另外我觉得一般写这么长的邮件的人,一般是骗子的机率非常高。而且他叫你给钱啊。我们的外国代理,是不需要给钱他的,而且拿货要达到我们提出的量,才能给代理权。 Once I get your concurrence and funds for these, rest I shall take care, to recruit a couple of sales engineers , a system operator, and a couple of other staff etc. 可以继续联系啊,不过我觉得这个人90%是个骗子。
