| 1.B/L must evidence the actual date of departure of vessel from the port of loading in addition to shipped or on board date,forwarder house B/L and nvocc B/L are not acceptable.
2.All shipments under this credit must be advised by beneficiaries within five days from date of B/L by telefax direct to the openers and opening bank fax ×××××× and mareb yemen insurance co hodeidah fax no.×××××× referring cover note no.××××
giving full details of shipment I.E.name of carrying vessel,bill of lading number and date,port of loading,total value of goods and E.T.A. at hodeidah port required and copies of fax messages with fax confirmation receipt to be attached to the shipping documents.
