| 各位同仁，你们好！我信用证碰到一些难题(主要是单词certificate的理解)，希望各位帮忙解答，万分感激！
内容如下：
46A 项下（）：
1-7 我明白，就不贴不上来了
8. packing in 25kgs/drums----因为46A项下，就是LC所需单证，难道我也要出一个证明，显示“packing in 25kgs/drums”？？
9.B/L to indicate name,address,phone and fax no, of their agent in mumbai and certificate to that effect should accompany the docments---这个主要and后面一句 that effect should ....，是显示在提单上，还是出证明？？它上面的船证明已经要求显示这句话了。
*域名隐藏* -negotiable set of docments to be sent to lc opener immediately by courier and certificate to that effect should accompany the docments----怎么做单证？

one sent of non-negotiable shipment docs should be sent by couker/airmail immediately after the shipment and documentary proof to this effect to accompany the original docments.----documentary proof 要谁出证明？

非常感谢您的解答。上面这个我写完整了，信用证就这样描述的。这里我主要困惑的 它很多条款里都有“certificate to that effect should accompany the docments”这句话，象船证明要求里 已经有这句话了，然后9条里BL 又出现这句话，都要显示在上面吗？第9点 certificate 可以理解成show 吗？
