Pls always provide the Booking to APLL at least 2 weeks prior to cutoff date even you don¡¯t have LOC. We will protect your space based on the BK. But you need to make sure the Cargo ready date and LOC received date. Of course, for all NKD shipment, LOC is necessary.  Pls provide the LOC (Letter of Confirmation) when available. Otherwise, we can¡¯t release the S/O.

(2)SO: We will release the S/O to you after LOC received and NKD confirmed. Pls read the instruction carefully on the S/O.

(3) SI: The following item is necessary when you make the SI (you can use our company¡¯s BK form to make the SI)

PO NO./ Commodity/CTNS/PCS/KGS/CBM/ for each container, if there¡¯re several PO in one container, pls also advise Commodity/CTNS/PCS/KGS/CBM/  for each PO.

Container# and Seal# for each container.

You must provide the SI in 2 days after sailing. Otherwise, we will charge you Late SI Fee.
We just accept one-time SI. Any change will be charged as SI Amendment Fee.
Pls provide the CIR(É豸½»½Óµ¥) to us with SI¡¡

(4) FCR:

  We will issue the FCR draft to you by fax or email. Once you received the faxed draft copy of APLL FCR, please ensure your confirmation or amendment request reach APLL operation clerk within 24 hrs after you getting the draft. If no any confirmation or amendment request gotten by APLL after 24hrs, APLL will treat everything OK, any amendment request after 24hrs will be charged for amendment fee.

 (4)Doc:

Pls send the below doc to attached address.

1 original and 1 copy 

Packing list and Invoice, EXPORT LICENCE (if necessary) GSP FORM A (where applicable) CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (where applicable) 

And settle the payment which is showed on the FCR according to the attached bank and exchange rate.

Pls send the Doc to my office within 5 days after sailing date, otherwise the late doc fee HKD200-600 will be occurred.
