| 34.6 If the Group A Tender in the further comprision is the lowest, it will be selected for award. If not , the lowest evaluated Tender from Group C , as determined from the comparision under sub-Clause 34.5 above , will be selected for award. 35 Determination of lowest Evaluated Tender
35.1 The Tender with lowest evaluted price from amongest those which are eligible, complaint and substantially responsive shall be the lowest evaluated tender.
