conversions to the public and the motor trade all over the US. I also
have mobile engineers who fit them, when required, for our customers all
over the US. I am not unhappy with my present supplier, but as my
lighting business expands, I am interested in getting the best product
and the best deal possible for my customers. I would be interested to
see your prices, and to know if you can supply Mercedes Benz/BMW
"friendly" ballasts.
Also, we have a growing business converting older cars to HID xenon.
These have the type of headlights that need longer high voltage leads
between the ballast and the burner, or extension leads that will not
affect the reliability of the product. Can you offer these.
Also, can you offer kits to suit vehicles with a variety of different
voltages, (6v, 12v, 24v) and can they be supplied to suit positive earth

Dear Mr Smith, Thank you for such a prompt response. For the Mercedes Benz/BMW "friendly" ballasts, due to the lower of the out power from 55W to 35W, the micro controller in such car will detect the lighting system after you install the HID system, then the car will alarm. Now we have a solution for this problem, just install one resistor beside the electronic relay with 40W, 3.4Ω, everything will be OK. I send you the solution and the picture of the resistor, please check it in the attachment. For the extension leads, we can offer the ballast with 1M(100CM) long high voltage leads, and we can assure the reliability of the product. We can offer the products to suit vehicles with a variety of different voltages, (12v, 24v), not 6V. At present, we have no such product to suit the positive earth vehicles, if you need such product in a big quantity,we can develop such product for you. interesting. Do you have a picture of the ballast with the long (100cm)
high-voltage lead? I suspect that we are not talking about the same
lead. I mean the one between the burner and the ballast.

Hi David,and thank you for the photographs. It certainly looks as
though these systems have the sort of long leads we are looking for on
our H4 BI-Xenon kits. I would like to try a few to see how good the
quality is. Please send me a Pro Forma invoice for 10 H4 Bi-Xenon kits,
2 x 4000k, 4 x 6000k , 2 x 8000k, and 2 x 10,000k.
I will organise the T/T as soon as I get the invoice. How quickly will
the samples arrive?

Hello again David. I have transferred the funds as per your Pro Forma
invoice. It does not matter at the moment about the 4000K lamps, but I
have a big campaign under way aimed at the market for Classic Cars. Many
of them will want the new lighting to look like the original lighting,
i.e. a bit more yellow than blue. Please let me know when you can let me
have some 4000K burners for testing. Also, please let me have a picture
or pictures of the packaging.
