THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SENT E-MAIL WHICH PROVED
THAT YOU ARE WILLING AND CAPABLE TO HANDLE THIS CONTRACT SUPPLY
ORDER AND now, you are going to prepare
your tender booklet. The booklet shall consist of the
following informations and documents with the paper
back cover marked  揟ENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF KNITTED SUITS   TO THE
FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH IN NIGERIA?/DIV>
The booklet will consist of the following:
1, Letter of introduction of your co***ny to the
Honourable minister of HEALTH
2, Your proforma Invoice showing the unit cost (25% uplift included), Insurance cost and the freight cost by SEA to Lagos SEAport COVERING THE KNITTED SUITS  WORTH OF US$3.5 MILLION.
3, Certificate of registration or incorporation of your co***ny name in CHINA
4, Letter of identification of your co***ny name and address by your bankers in CHINA
5,Tax clearance receipts of your co***ny if any.
6,YOUR PRODUCTS SAMPLES FOR QUALITY APPROVAL BY THE
MINISTRY
This documents must be laminated and made into a
booklet and sent to me via DHL for me to personally
submit it to the appropriate office of the Ministry
for their study and possible acceptance. In the case
of items 1 and 2, it must be written in your
letter-headed papers duly signed and stamped with your
co***ny抯 seal for authentifications. The Proforma
Invoice must have the address of the Federal Ministry
of HEALTH as the principal buyer. The letter of
introduction can be written in the below manner:
ATTN: THE HONOURABLE MINISTER,
FEDERAL MINISTRY OF HEALTH,
FEDERAL SECRETARIATE, ABUJA.
Dear Sir,
We are an exporter of KNITTED SUITS  with our head office in CHINA.
We have learnt of your Ministry intention to award a contract for the supply of
US$3.5 MILLION WORTH OF KNITTED SUITS . We take this liberty to introduce our co***ny as one of the leading exporter of KNITTED SUITS We can supply any quantity of reputable KNITTED SUITS  within a very short period provided we receive up front payment by T/T. we are confident that we undertake the contract for the supply of your requirements. We enclose herewith our Proforma Invoice and vital informations and documents of our co***ny for your study. We hope you will find
favour in our offer and award the contract.
We are looking forward to hear good news from your
Ministry.
