What documents you will be offer us to make the import in our
country. I know that we need an invoice to do so. And also we need this
invoice to make an entrance to this item in our company, so we can sell them

If you make an invoice I thing that you'll have to pay taxes. 

Also if we pay in a personal account, and then you make an invoice, we must
pay in company account the rest?

I don't have a procedure for this things.
