BL and invoice to qnote goods are freely imporyable and do not appear in the negative list of the exim policy 2002-2007 and I.E. code No.0392006308 2. one complete set of non negotiable documents is to be couriered directly to opener within 7 days from the date of shipment and a certificate to this effect should accompany set od documents. 3. matarial test certificate should acoumpany original set of documents. 紧急求助,信用证条款. 请各位前辈指点一下我一印度客户的信用证内容.谢谢了/ Documents required 46A:
1. Signed commercial invoices in five copies certifying that the goods shipped are as per proforma invoice No WKD08 at 05/08/2006.
2. full set (3 negotiable plus 3 non negotaiable copies) of ocean/marine bill of lading issued by shipping company /their agents showing clean on board date, freight to be paid and to the prder of canaka bank,mulund west branch,Mumbai claused notify opener’s full name and address, dated not earlier than the date of this LC and evidencing name and address of beneficiary as shipper.
3. certificate from shipping company /their agents certipying that the conference line and is classified with an approved classification society as per institute classification clauses and maintained is equivalent to LLyods 100 A-1.
4. certificate of origin in duplicate certifying that the goods are Chinese origim issued/certified by the chamber of commerce.
5. Insurance to covery by applicants,shippment details to be faxed to united india insurance *域名隐藏* , unit *域名隐藏* -1 universal insurance cldg,sir P M *域名隐藏* 400001,fax no 22870650 quating policy no 020100/2110610/00001505 and our FLC no 0203FCL339306 and copy of fax should accoumpany original set of documents.
