Thanks how many person do need for the business meeting and how long can you prepare govt stamp and approve invitation letter for the potential trade buyers coming to your company.
We like to make the trip by mid-september,2006 as soon as we receive your invitation letter written in chinese language with back-up letter written in english and together with your business card indicating your address/telephone etc. you can send invitation through courier to us.
Pls do we scan passport page of the delegates to you now?at least 3-4 names and the embassy accept one or two names on each invitation letters. if you wish to send free samples we dont mind ok ? 帮忙翻译。
