今天心情不好，因为被客户投诉。有史以来***次收到客户那么严重的反应。
春节左右出的蜡烛义乌的工厂说没问题，质量你一定放心，一定不会有问题，结果呢，***次出现长短不一的情况，表面划伤严重，颜色全部错掉，金色银色溢出的，脱落的，简直全部都是垃圾产品。
就这，工厂还一直***如何如何的，说返工，但根本没人做过，后来检查挑出了一些，可是东西真的太差了，拿回来的留样还不怎么样，一开始扣工厂款项事实上应该让工厂出保函的，都忽视掉了这一点。东西出来后被客人投诉！
***次采购的态度就被掉以轻心，竟然说什么那么垃圾的东西原来客人就要了，现在也没什么，我气也气死，早知道根本不让那个工厂去做！现在怎么办，工厂的责任要被我们承担，因为是新工厂，单子也就做过这么一个，又没法从其他扣款，还说什么是贸易通诚信分数很高的，都是些什么垃圾工厂，还评价不错。
其实我也是经验不够，否则一开始根本就不接受这些产品，让工厂全部返工，全部重新做，做不好宁愿不出也不会有这种问题。这个客户是我进公司做的***个小客户，虽然是***个客户，可也是我的***个单子，现在要放弃要说做不了，我真的不知道该如何是好，从去年到现在一年半了换了三家工厂，我真的没有信心做下去了。

It has been brought to my attention that many of the mini candles that you have supplied to us are in bad condition and are not acceptable. I have reviewed them and have noted the same. I have also noted that some
of these candles have fragrance in them and they are fragrance free. (NO FRAGRANCE) We sell to many health and natural stores that DO NOT WANT FRAGRANCE that is why we took it out! To start with, the gold and silver are in poor quality condition. The green colors all vary and are all scraped, chipped and discolored. The blue in fact have colors of purple mixed in them. It almost looks like
the dark blue but the not enough color was added and now it looks like light purple. I am very disappointed in this shipment. I know that you did not make these but the fact is you are acting as our agent on these and are responsible for looking over the quality which obviously you have not. I can't sell many many of these and we have to check each pack before it goes out of here. We recently had a call also from a customer who said they received the gold candles and there was red color wax mixed in them. These candles are poorly made and are a big problem and would like to know how you are going to take care of this that we already have and have paid for!
