| 我写这封信的事情原因是：客人下了定单，交期是７月２０日的，但是因为原先定单里说好的一种＃３面料已经没有库存了，但是我们再去订的话，＃３的布料***快是７月中旬到工厂．那样的话交期赶不上了．当然，我们还有＃５面料，颜色和＃３非常的相似和接近，可以考虑使用＃５面料，如果你方认为可行的话，我方马上寄出＃５面料让你们考虑．
如果你们认为不可行，坚持使用＃３号面料，而且信用证还未开出的话，请考虑将信用证上交期延迟到７月２５日以后（当然７月３０日会更合适）．

I am sorry to tell you that we can not catch up your delivery time on your ** PCS order. There is something wrong with the fabric ** in style ** & ** which total is 344PCS. Our fabrci supplier able to send this color fabric in the middle of July. that's why I told you we can not catch up your delivery time. Anyway, we still have some way to work out that we have another kind of fabric which is very similar to JS-338 fabric. Maybe you can consider the similar fabric, so that we can delivery on time.
