legal documents to this fund and the security company.

I am just 19 years old and a universityundergraduate and really don't know what to  *域名隐藏*  I want an account overseas where I can transfer this funds. This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory  *域名隐藏*  death of my father actually broughtsorrow to my life.

　　为了打击这种犯罪，尼日利亚***在2003年成立了经济和金融犯罪委员会，该机构从成立起共破获了200起诈骗案和贪污腐败案件。共没收了非法财产2亿美元。现在这个机构已经获得了更大的权力，以***它能够起到更大的作用。

　　★电子邮件成主要诈骗方式　诈骗语言极具诱惑 

　　据报道，这种诈骗方式非常简单，就是利用现今***便捷的沟通方式，诈骗犯只需要编一个好听的故事，承诺给受害者一定的好处，就有人轻易的上当了。通常，诈骗犯会向受害者发一封电子邮件、传真或信件，内容多为洗钱提议、似乎合法的原油业务提议、或遗嘱中关于遗产分配的提议等等，当然还有就是上述案件中阿纳杰巴她们使用的方法。 

　　在传真或信件中，诈骗者往往是说要将一大笔钱转至受害者本人银行，并要求受害者提供方便；并且承诺，如果接收者付“代理费”、“转让税”、“***金”或一些对***的行贿费用，他们将分享这笔钱，或是得到一些回扣。如果接收者上当并付费，问题便神秘地复杂化了，对方会要求受害者再寄一些钱来，直至受害者主动退出，或将钱耗光为止。而对受害者所承诺的那些好处当然是杳无音讯了。
