| 请各位大侠们帮住翻译一下, ***次做信用证特紧张, 怕出错.
46A
The following documents must be presented in duplicate unless otherwise specified
1. Signed commercial invoices in quadruplicate showing the name of carrying vessel, item code ad per harmonic system, price and net weight(expressed in KGS) of each type of goods, name(s) of the manufacturer/processor of goods and evidencing their nationality and certifying that each piece /packing unit of goods indicate the origin in non detachable or non alterable way and duly certified/attested by any chamber of commerce/C.C.P.I.T.
2. Certificate of origin issued by any chamber of commerce/C.C.P.I.T. reflecting the origin of goods to be of Chinese origin and indication the name of the manufacturer/processors.
3. packing list
4. full set of original signed, shipped on board ocean bill of lading consigned to BURGAN BANK SAK, STATE of Kuwait marked freight prepaid and notify applicant and issuing bank indicating shipment(s) of goods stated above. Short form bill of lading/blank back bill of lading, charter party bill of lading are not acceptable. Bill of lading should indicate the name, address, telephone and fax number of shipping company’s agent in U.A.E.
5. shipment to be effected by regular liner/conference line vessels of not more than 25 years of age and a certificate from the shipping company or its agent evidencing the same and certifying the vessel is classed with a classification society which is a member of the international classification society of a national flag society.
6. beneficiary’s certificate stating that one set of nonnegotiable copy of documents have been sent to the applicant by courier within 21 days from the date of shipment. Courier receipt to accompany the certificate.
47A
1. All documents to evidence beneficiary as shipper/consignor of the goods.
2. Documents dated prior to the date of credit are not acceptable
3. name of the issuing bank, l/C number and date to appear on all document.
4. if documents are presented with discrepancies, then discrepancy free of KWD 30/- or equivalent plus the related swift charges shall be deducted from the proceeds at the time of payment.
5. As per sub article 16 (C) (III) (B) of UCP 600 if documents presented to us are discrepant due notice of refusal listing out discrepancies and holding such discrepant documents at the negotiating bank’s /presenter’s disposal shall be sent by us. However, pending receipt of disposal instructions, if applicant accepts discrepant documents, we may release the documents to applicant and we shall have no liability to the negotiating bank for the release of documents.
6. one original invoice and one original certificate of origin in respect of goods exported by the beneficiary from those countries having Kuwaiti embassy/consulate must be legalized by Kuwaiti embassy/consulate only. If no Kuwaiti embassy/consulate if available in beneficiary’s country then legalization must be done by any of G.C.C.(Gulf Co-operation council) Embassy/consulate.

签字盖章的***四张，***上要显示船名航次，每个产品的型号和 per harmonic system，还有净重，单位要是KGS,显示生产商的名字还有国籍， certifying that each piece /packing unit of goods indicate the origin in non detachable or non alterable way这句话要写在***上，是个证明，***后***要贸促会的认证
