+ The invoice must be the following attestations:
We certify that this invoice is authentic, that is the only one issued by us for the goods described therein, that it shows their exact value without any deduction. We declare also that the origin of the goods is exclusively from China.
Goods mentioned in this invoice are manufactured by seller's mill
We are not represented in Syria and that Syria is not included in the territory of any other agent who would benefit whatsoever from any commission on our merchandise exported to Syria.
We certify that the goods imported are manufactured by exporter's country and that there is no material     produced by Israel in the manufacture or preparation of these goods. 
We are fully aware of the Syrian legalization concerning the boycott of Israel and undertake to comply with it.
+ Full set of clean on board marine bills of lading issued to the order and blank endorsed and bearing the        following attestations.

Destination:         Lattakia port, Syria
+ Certificate issued by the shipping company or its agent stating that the ship loading the goods is not of      Israeli nationality, that she is not blacklisted by the Arab boycott bureau against Israel and shall not call during her present voyage at any Israeli port and that she's not more than fifteen years old (separated for incorporated in the bill of lading).
+ Signed certificate in one original issued by the owner of the carrying vessel or shipping company or its agents as follows: We hereby certify that at time of loading, the carrying vessel name (to be indicated) is ISM code certified and hold a valid international safety management certificate as well as a valid ISM code document of compliance as required by the SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) convention as amended.
+ Certificate of origin issued by the China council for the promotion of international trade in 3 copies stating the China origin of goods
+ Packing and weight list in 6 copies showing all details of packing namely detailed size by size items, gross/net weight and no of coils.
+ Full set of original mill's test certificate.

+ Certificate from beneficiary showing the detailed quantity, unit price and amount per each size and the total amount. 

+ Certificate from the beneficiary certifying that he effected the above goods as per conditions and tolerances given in proforma invoice no.**********

47 A: Supplementary conditions:
+ All documents required should not bear any mention showing that they have been issued under a documentary credit and not bear the credit number nor the name of our bank.
+ All documents required except bill of lading (since issued to the order of and blank indorsed) must be issued in the name buyer's name
+ All documents required except invoices must not show any value or prices>
+ Negotiation under reserves or against bank guarantee prohibited
+shipment should be effected in FCL containers through any confidence lines
+ Beneficiary must present with documents required a separate certificate attesting the following:
1-        All bundles must bear coils weight and size and marked "made in china".
2-        Packing: Coils wrapped in seaworthy packing with edge protection, and to be bundle to wooden pallets eye to the sky/ then into FCL containers.
+ In case of discrepancy:
1-        A discrepancy fee of a minimum USD 70.- plus all relative swift charges shall be deducted from proceeds of each set of documents presented with discrepancies or sent on approval basis under this credit.
2-        We shall be entitled to deliver the documents to the applicant should the discrepancies be accepted prior to receive your disposal instructions.
+ All documents required except invoices and beneficiary's certificate must not show any value or prices.
