Inspection
1.** reserves the right to name a representative to inspect the entire or partial production process of the good named in the order,be it at the facilities of the supplier or its subcontractors.The supplier guarantees free access to said facilities to ** ‘s representatives.
2.Said inspection will not imply acceptance on the part of ** of the goods manufactured om the cpirse of the same, nor will it relieve the supplier, in any circumstance, of its liabilities regarding the order in question
