| 发帖时间 - 2008/6/13 16:45:00 | 1) Role as Assistant Purchasing manager: - Source suppliers/vendors corresponding to the engineering and quality requirements so as to ensure a strong base with at least 2 suppliers/vendors per item. - Support the Procurement core team leader: planning, attend and report meetings, translation during supplier/vendor visits, information compilation. - Planning of supplier and vendor visits together with the Procurement core team member and the related Design Engineers - validating the capabilities, quality levels, best negotiated price of items. - Be the main window to suppliers/vendors: contact, organize meetings, liaise about relative procurement and supply information. - Liaise closely with Design, Supplier Quality, Logistics and Manufacturing teams. - Support price negotiation. - Place purchase orders, organize transportation and follow up delivery lead time for local and imported parts in order to ensure a perfect supply chain flow. - Reporting key issues or problems on a weekly basis (then monthly basis according to the IPD Procurement team member notice) in the form of reports. 2) Responsibility of Assistant Purchasing manager: - Items introduced must be proven to be good for use in the product. - Ensure continuous supply of the items on a long term basis. - To ensure full support to the Design team, the logistics team and also the manufacturing team. - To ensure continuous supply of parts to support the long term production forecast. - To report all matters of concern to the Procurement team member as and when needed. - To coordinate fruitful visits and discussions to local vendors and suppliers together with the Purchasing, Design , Supplier Quality and Manufacturing team.协调 - To compile easy to read parts cost analysis, suppliers/vendors visits report, suppliers/vendors profiles.
