| 想请教各位一个问题，关于信用证中预付款的问题，具体的细情我也是不太清楚，刚到这个公司，公司收到一个从尼日利亚过来的信用证，好像是预付款从信用证中付，应从来没遇到过这样的问题，想请教大家，
信用证有这样一个条款，信用证中20%预付款从信用证中拿出来做为预付款。
instruct o the pay/accept/nego bank：
pls advice and confirm 20 pcent of this credit in accordance with our pledge and charge aggrement dated 01.07.06.DB AG,frankfurt,is authorzed to transfer 20 pcent from our A/C No****** with BT CO.NY,TO creidit cover A/C with DB,AG.frankfurt,according to the transwer/conversion agreement dated01.07.06 upson presentation of an advance payment bank gurantee for USD37000,expiring 11.03.02 you are authorized to reimburse yourselves on our CR.cover A/C with DB.AG,frankfurt,upon final drawing,expiration or transfeer any remaining bals.of this l/c less you charge from the CR.Cover A/C with DB,AG frankfurt To O/A No.***** with BT.NY under advice to us. 请高手帮我看一下，这一大断话是什么意思，信用证中的预付款到底怎么操作，感谢大家了
