1 3pcs original invoices 正本*** 3份
2  3pcs original  packing lists 正本装箱单 3份
3  Certificate of Origin (original set) - please note there are must be mentioned invoice & contract number obligatory. CO原件.而必须涉及到合同和***？？不太明白，是要写上合同、***号吗？他们***明明可以享受普惠制,为什么要做CO,不做FORM A?
4/ COPY of the export declaration ( please be so kind to prepare this  documents in accordance with invoice data : CPT MINSK  terms, prices
must be  same as in CPT invoice we need   from you - 100% same  as
