From next month, therefore, please revise all of the figures at your side. It means, please slide the figures from last month order forecast and fill in new figure of Actual Sales Quantity, Inventory, Sales forecast and Orderforecast column, based on the attached excel file "order Forecast description".因此，从下个月开始，请修订所有你们那边的数字。意思是，请改变上个月的订购预测数据，填进实际销售数量，存货，销售预测和订购预测专栏新数据，并附上
“订购预测描述”EXCEL文件。 We would like to request you to fill in the figures as much accurate as you can.我们真诚要求你们所填数据尽可能***。 We use the figure of order forecast sheet for our sales planning and production planning.我们利用此订购预测单来做销售计划和生产计划。 In particular, we are making our four month production plan depend on the figure of your order forecast (including fix order).特别是，我们依靠你们的订购预测数据（包括固定订购）来作我们四个月的生产计划。 Therefore, in case you give us your purchase order without your previous four month order forecast, we have possibility not to be able to ship because of no stock in our warehouse.因此，万一你们给我们的订购单订购没有你们先前的四个月订购预测，因为我们仓库没有库存就可能没办法出货。 Please fill in the figures in your " order forecast" accurately as much as possible and send us by 3 working days from 20th every month.请尽可能***的填写你们的“订购预测”数据，在每个月20号前后三天发给我们。 At the same time, we request you to give us your purchase order by three working days from 20th of the previous month for our shipping preparation.同时，为了出货准备，从上一个月的20号前后三天开始。我们要求你们给我们提供你们的订购单。
