我有一个客户要求我们签署保密协议，我不是很明白意思，此协议如下：

1.7 Words importing the singular shall be construed as importing the plural and vice versa.

1.8 A reference to a statute, enactment, order, regulation, or other similar instrument shall be construed as a reference to the statute, enactment, order, regulation or instrument as amended by any subsequent statute, enactment, order, regulation or instrument or as contained in any subsequent re-enactment of it.
1.9 The headings in this Agreement are for ease of reference only and shall not be taken into account in the construction or interpretation of any provision to which they refer.

3.2 the Receiving party can demonstrate to the Disclosing Party’s (DP for short) reasonable satisfaction was lawfully in the Receiving Party’s possession before the date of receipt from the Disclosing Party without restriction as to disclosure;
3.3 the Receiving Party can demonstrate to the Disclosing Party’s reasonable satisfaction was received from a third party who acquired it lawfully and who is under no obligation restricting its disclosure;
3.4 the Receiving Party can demonstrate to the Disclosing Party’s reasonable satisfaction was independently developed without access to any Confidential Information; or
3.5 the Receiving Party is obliged to disclose by virtue of any applicable law, court order of a court of competent jurisdiction or governmental authority, provided that the Receiving Party, to the extent lawfully possible, gives written notice of the obligation to disclose to the Disclosing Party as soon as practicable and, in any event, before disclosure takes place.
