the tanker under construction and any part thereof and all equipment materials and equipment intended for the tanker shall be seller's property and responsilibity until the date of delivery and *域名隐藏* vessel and/or such parts parts as shall be constructed and all materials ,engines,outfits and equipment pertaining to this contract and within the premises of the shipyard shall immediately be marked with vessel's yard number and shall until delivery of the vessel be insured by the seller at seller's expense-policy being in the name of the seller-against all risks customarily insured against in normal shipbuilding industry including trials.
