5。All banking charges including master L/C issuing bank's charges and our payment commission are for account of transferee.
6. Notwithstanding art. 14 of ucp 500 and unless expressly advised by the presenter to the contrary, we will forward documents, whether they are clean or discrepany, to the master L/C opening bank for approval and payment.
