A. must contain all the condition of carriage on the original
B. must be inssued by carrier or his agent and not by any freight forwarder
C. must not contain the indication ‘Intended’ or similar qualification in relation to the vessel or other means of transport or port of loading or port of discharge
D. must not indicate the place of final destination as being different from the port of discharge
E. must not contain a provision that the goods may be carried on deck
