| Further, you know that our client preferred to use an agent of their choice for distribution. We might not be able to change this; but, I would like to discuss your possibilities to act as agent for this distribution. (Please be aware that, if we can convince our client to consider this possibility, you would need to sign an additional non-disclosure agreement with our client to proceed.) With that possibility in mind, this distribution agent would need to provide a conveniently located temperature controlled warehouse, do some handling of the product in preparation for shipments, be able to prepare the various documents required and provide us with copies of the shipping documents in order for us to invoice our client. Please discuss this with David and let me know if you would have interest, and either have the facility or could get access to a facility filling our requirements. Your costs for this service would, of course, be compensated… We believe that the volumes we expect would make a very nice business for you.
