数量：150.000公吨试验订单（首次下的比较小的订单）
合约单量：450.000（每月分三次装运，每次装运150.000公吨）
规格：矿石标准SSF烧结料(含铁量64,5% 以上)
装运港：巴西 赛佩蒂港
价格：固定价格73.5+0.5＝74美金每公吨，C＆F中国主要合适的港口。可付佣金0.5美金每吨
付款方式：不可撤消及转让的信任证付款，100% P/D
在世界20强银行开立之信任证. (我们将提供可接受之银行清单).
由于国际上买家的大量需求，所以长期合作合约签署确认前，不保证固定供应。
（合约签署）步骤:
1 NCND 签名，无欺诈无隐含条件, 已传草稿给你, 可传真或通过网络邮件传送
2 我们建议（买家）发布销售代理之购买意向书
3卖方、出口商发布FCO（卖方对买方的LOI进行回复的发送给买方的正式买卖合同），铁路运输，港口操作将在FCO中说细提及。
4买方发布信任证.
4 卖方、出口商提报（给买方）合约草案以供分析修正及签署，并呈送原件。
5 卖方、出口商缴纳 2%的履约保证金.
6 买家发布信任证.
7 接获信任证后40-45内开始首次装运。

As your request we confirm the intention to supply the Iron Ore as the follows:
Quantity: 150.000mt trial order
Contract: 450.000mt ( 3 shipments of 150.000mt monthly).
Specifications: Iron Ore Standard Sinter Feed (Fe content 64,5% above)
Shipping Port: Sepetiba Brasil.
Price: Fixed at USD 73,50 + USD 0.50 = USD 74,00 per Metric ton C & F China main port suitable. Your commission: USD 0,50mt.
Payment Terms: By an Irrevocable, Revolving 100% payable at sight Documentary Letter of Credit for the value of shipments transfer from the Buyer to the End Supplier. Issued by the 20 top line bank. (we will give you the accepted bank list).
The regular supply is not guaranteed if the long term contract were not signed and confirmed before the shipments due to the high demand of international buyers.
Procedure:
1 ?Signature of NCND ?Non Circumvention and Non Disclosure Agreement, as draft sent already, it can be by scan through internet/email.
2 ?We advice details to issue LOI of the Seller Agent.
3 ?The Seller, Exporter issue the FCO. (the buyer accept it). The details of rail transport, port opearation will be informed on the fco.
4 ?The buyer issue the BCL.
4 ?The Seller, Exporter send the Contract draft to analysed, corrected and signed, and set by courier the original copies,
5 ?The Seller, Exporter issue the PB 2%.
6 ?The Buyer issue the L/C.
7 ?First shipment after 45-50 days after receive the L/C
