| Each of the parties to this contract represents that it has full legal authority to execute this contract and that each party has to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the contract. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and any change will be made in writing, executed by both parties.

| 合同的任何一方都必须完全合法的执行合同条款并受到合同条款的约束。这份合同也通过双方的一致认可，合同条款如有变动，也有双方执行。

| 所有当事人应全权执行本合同，并受其约束。该合同经由合同双方完全认可，任何变更须以书面形式体现并由双方执行。
