Articles 7 : Protection of advance contract payment.

Articles 7a :
The contract beneficiary is mandated to issue a  performance bond to the Refugees Commission  legal advisor in Togo for the protection of the contract payment.

Article 7b  : The Performance bond will only be issued by the Contract beneficiary after the contract has been given to him .

Articles 8 : validity of contract payment :
Tender/Award Board shall pass immediate instruction with copy of letter of Intent to foreign payment centre in Europe to credit the account (A/C) of the contract beneficiary with 7 days after submitting and accepting the contract conditions.

Articles 9 :  Transfer of Contract :
This contract will not by any form or means be said to have been transferred to any person/persons , body, group, or organisation without the full and official knowledge of  contract beneficiary.

Articles 10 : Contravention.
No party or body shall in any means contravene this contractual agreement, except in times of war , natural disasters, or political upheaval, any alterations or changes in this contract shall be noticed and agreed between the signatories.

Articles 11 : This Contract Agreement is only valid for this present contract and for which it was written for :

Articles : 12: Signatures on  this agreement received by the way of facsimile, mail, and /or email shall be deemed to be an executed contract . Contract agreement enforceable and admissible for all purposes as  may be necessary under the terms of this contract agreement
