| In consideration of the mutual benefit to be derived by both parties hence the need for this agreement , the undersigned wish to enter into this Agreement/contract to define certain parameters of the future legal obligations, are bound by a duty of confidentiality with respect to their sources and contacts ; This duty is in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce . The signatories to this agreement agree that they and /or their affiliates shall make no effort to circumvent commissions, fees, remuneration’s, profits or consideration due to the beneficiary or any signatories of this agreement, either directly or indirectly for this transaction and/or future procurements, extensions and renewals. 1 . Subject of Agreement is for the supply of products as was approved in the P/invoice submitted . 11. Acceptance of all terms and conditions of the contract from the principles which must be fully endorsed by the contractor and returned to the legal Attorney for sealing of agreements.
