| the party ,for which the impossibility of execution of the obligations under the present contract was created,owns about approach and discontinuance of circumstances interfering execution of the obligations under the present contract ,immediately to inform other party.
by the appropriate proof of presence of the mentioned above circumstances and their duration will serve the information ,which are given our according to trade chamber of the country of the seller or the buyer.
